If you purchase any of the above materials on or after the date you enter this drawing and later become the winner, you will receive a full refund. If you have purchased any of these materials prior to entering this drawing, you are not eligible to enter.
All winners will be contacted by an Allied admissions representative.
One entry per person per year. Every entrant will be notified via email after the drawing is held. Every entrant will be mailed the program brochure. Submitting more than one entry will result in disqualification from the drawing. This drawing is open to U.S. residents only, Non-U.S. residents who submit this form will not be entered in this drawing, but will still be sent the program brochure. If the winner lives outside of the contiguous United States, the shipping fees will be the responsibility of the winner. Allied reserves the right to post the winner's name. If the winner does not respond within one month, Allied will choose a new winner.
Winners will receive materials via UPS. Please note: UPS cannot deliver to
Post Office boxes.
